Excellent agents recommended for International clients! I have been their clients in 2018 (sale side), I choose them after contacting few other agents because they have been the ones who demonstrated the highest attitude and competence to work with an international client like I was. Certain agents can distrust working with International clients or, worse, take advantage of them as they don't know in detail all the processes to selling and buying real estate in the US; Jeff and Laura, instead, have been extremely transparent and competent in explaining always in detail all the stages of the sale and where we were standing and giving always full updates. Amazing negotiation skills, three days after the listing there were already several offers and they have been able to close with the highest one and perhaps the highest price achievable for that unit. Jeffrey is a real estate genius and we are so lucky to have him on our team.
